We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, but only under the following conditions:
You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
The item is unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories.
Change of mind after delivery.
Used, washed, or damaged items by the customer.
Items without original packaging or proof of purchase.
Sale or clearance items (non-refundable unless defective).
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit (based on your preference).
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Contact us via email or WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order.
Provide your order number, reason for return, and photo evidence (if applicable).
Our team will confirm if your item qualifies and guide you through the return process.
Ship the item back to us using a reliable courier. (Customer bears the return shipping cost unless the item is incorrect/damaged.)
